			Beginning in 2005, the IRAA site, for an indefinite period of time, will end its fully-searchable online capabilities. Further development of the IRAA currently requires enactment of institutional partnership initiatives. Research and the creation of registry records on individual artists will continue throughout this period; however, the database will not be accessible to the general Internet user, as it had been since the IRAA's founding in 1997.
