Site Use and Copyrights In keeping with the spirit of the Internet, it is the policy of the International Registry of Artists and Artwork (IRAA) to permit casual, non-commercial use of the IRAA Web site ("Site Content"). The International Registry of Artists and Artwork (IRAA), as an authority in the registration of professional artists and artwork, has established a universal object identification numbering system and method of registration of artists and artworks, which allows for tracking of any artist or artwork from all of history. The IRAA Web site ("Site Content") serves as a central interface to the database of information, and is searchable by many database fields, including - for an artist: name, media classification, date of birth, date of death, birth/work location, and biography information; for an artwork: title, media classification, creation date, dimensions, and artwork provenance details. The registrant's Artist IRAA Number and Artwork IRAA Numbers are established through the use of the IRAA's universal object identification numbering system and method of registration. These established Artist IRAA Numbers are comprised of the artist's first and last name initials, numeric country code, numeric media classification, year of birth, and a final digit to differentiate artists who may have identical information. For established Artwork IRAA Numbers, an additional digit is added to the end of the Artist IRAA Number. All text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logomarks and other content of the IRAA Web site ("Site Content") are proprietary to the IRAA or used consistent with the owner's permission or applicable law or regulation. The IRAA, and its databases and/or image files are made available for non-commercial, personal use. Copying or redistribution in any manner for personal or corporate gain is not permitted. The contents of the IRAA Web site ("Site Content") are for personal educational, non-commercial use only. The registrant images may not be reproduced in any form without obtaining written permission from the IRAA and/or any person or company that may have copyright ownership. The IRAA specifically retains any rights, including possible copyright, which it may have in data, files, and/or the images they contain. Site Trademark The "International Registry of Artists and Artwork" and "IRAA" are trademarks and may not be used without express license in writing from Mr. S.
